Monthly Maintenance Agreement
Here at Swing City Music we know your audio visual system is important to you. We know because we’ve been maintaining and installing professional audio visual systems for over fifty-five years! We specialize in the installation of sound and video reinforcement systems for schools, gyms, churches, restaurants, funeral homes, municipal buildings, bars, and theaters.
-If you sign up for our service plan, a Swing City Music technician will come to your church or venue and maintain your A/V System. Once month a Swing City Music Technician will do the following:
- Reset your mixing board
- Reset your wireless and wired microphones to ensure no feedback
- Clean your equipment to ensure longevity of use
- Test and configure your amplifiers
- Check for bad cables
- Test your video projectors
- EQ your system
- Adjust your monitors
- Check your video feed for live stream, facebook, or podcasting
- Check your computer to ensure connectivity
- Adjust lights and check DMX connections
- Train your production staff if necessary
- Give you and your organization advice on how to make your sound and video work better for you.
The cost of our monthly maintenance program is $140.00 per month + $.59 per mile.
