We understand that no two guitars are the same, even if they are the same model. We know how it is to get an amp home and it not sound the same on your rig as it did with ours. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to deal with your needs, and as a result we have a very straight forward shipping & return policy.
Most shipping on purchases from the website over $300.00 is free to the continental US unless the item is over 60 lbs billable. When this happens, we will contact you and invoice you for the shipping required. Any shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico will be charged shipping. We take pride in being able to give you the best price, and we do our best to stay competitive. For purchases under $300, shipping will be calculated for you during the check out process! We ship all our online transactions through UPS. We do not ship over seas. The free shipping over $300.00 only applies to purchases through the website, not purchases done over the phone or in the store. This is up to our discretion. Our margins are not the same on each brand, and we reserve the right to charge shipping on any item in order to at least cover our cost.
We have a 48 hour approval period from the time your purchase makes it to its destination. If you aren’t happy with the purchase you’ve made simply contact us here at the store to get a return set up. We offer store credit, exchanges or full refunds. In the event of a return you are required to pay shipping both ways, as well as a 5% restocking fee on all returns. We DO NOT accept returns on over weight or over sized items (75 lbs billable or over), special order items or books. If you are curious whether or not your purchase fits in that category, do not hesitate to give us a call here at the store. If an item is listed as being sold “As Is”, there are no returns available for that item. Swing City Music wants to make sure your transaction is swift so you can get back to rockin’!
For in-store returns, we offer a 5 day return window.You can exchange your item, receive store credit or simply get a refund. Returned items must be packaged like new in the original box and/or case with all tags and pertinent warranty information. Items such as guitars must not be registered on the manufacturers website and must be returned to us in new condition. We DO NOT accept returns on the following items: opened software, copyrighted printed matter, instrument reeds (unless they are individually wrapped and unopened), harmonicas or similar items. No returns on used or consignment items.
